The FIFA 19 early access release date is for EA Sports fans who have pre-ordered the game on PS4 and Xbox One.

While PlayStation owners got left behind with the EA Access and Origin early trial last week, the same won’t happen today.

Instead, Champions Edition and Ultimate Edition pre-order players on all platforms will get the chance to start their FIFA Careers before the official release date set for September 28.

It should also be noted that Nintendo Switch owners who pre-order the Champions Edition can also start playing on Tuesday, September 25.

The release time has not been announced officially by EA Sports but is expected to go live very soon.

So fans can probably expect to get access to the full game in the next few hours.

There’s also a bunch of other things players can do before that happens.

The recently launched Web App allows everyone with an active account from FIFA 18 to start putting together their FUT squad.

There is also the FIFA 19 demo, which gives players the chance to try out some limited time on the pitch.

Fans will also see the launch of FIFA 19 TOTW 2 today, which is set to include the players EA Sports deem the best performing of the last seven days.

The current TOTW lineup will be available to challenge until around 6pm tonight, when it will be replaced by the updated squad.

EA Sports usually provide the news before putting it live, so fans can expect an update around 3pm in the UK.

TOTW the will be running until next year’s launch, meaning fans will want to find out the news every week they’re playing FIFA 19.

TOTW 1 features the likes of Eden Hazard, following his blistering hat-trick against Cardiff, with the Chelsea man handed an impressive 92 rating.

Granit Xhaka’s stunning strike against Newcastle has also earned him a place in the team while Andriy Yarmolenko’s double for West Ham against Everton has boosted the Ukranian up to 83.

Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser was in fine form with two goals and an assist against Leicester but can’t displace Dimitri Payet from the starting XI after the Frenchman played a starring role in Marseille’s 4-0 win over Guingamp.

Elsewhere, Timo Werner makes the cut after a brace against Hannover and Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly anchors the defence.
