Fortnite season 7 is fast approaching and Battle Royale fans could soon see the first teaser drop on Twitter.

Fortnite season 7 could have its release date as early as next week with the season 6 Battle Pass drawing to a close.

The in-game countdown in Fortnite Battle Royale says the final full day for season 6 will be Wednesday December 5.

Historically, new seasons of Fortnite begin the day after the last full day of the preceding one – so season 7 could drop on Thursday December 6.

If that’s the case, then the first official Fortnite season 7 teaser could be about to appear on Twitter very shortly.

With previous season crossovers, Epic Games has published daily teasers on Twitter for the forthcoming new Battle Pass in the run-up to it.

This happened with the launch of Fortnite season 4, Fortnite season 5 and Fortnite season 6.

So, it’s highly likely Epic Games will do this again ahead of the launch of Fortnite season 7 to build anticipation among fans.

If Fortnite season 7 does launch on Thursday December 6, then the first teaser is likely to drop on Monday – judging by past Battle Pass launches.

If that’s so, then it’s likely there will be Fortnite season 7 teasers the following Tuesday and Wednesday.

The teasers typically drop on Twitter at 3pm UK time.

So stay tuned and be prepared for the possibility of some big Fortnite news dropping on Monday December 3.

It remains to be seen what the Fortnite season 7 teasers will show, but it’s likely to hint at upcoming skins or the Battle Pass theme.

Previous teasers have all subtly hinted towards what was to come in the next season.

The Fortnite season 4 teasers showed the superhero skins coming in that Battle Pass.

While the Fortnite season 5 teasers were more cryptic, with part of a starter Battle Pass skin and a viking axe shown – the latter hinted at a new POI.

While the Fortnite season 6 teasers all showed new skins coming to Battle Royale as well as Kevin the Cube.

It’s widely rumoured that Fortnite season 7 will have a Christmas theme, with the Battle Royale map turned into a winter wonderland.

So it’s possible the Fortnite season 7 teasers could hint at this festive theme or show the starter skins for the new Battle Pass.

The long-lost leaked onesie skin is rumoured to be a Fortnite season 7 Battle Pass skin.

So it’s possible that this skin, or maybe the Durr burger icons that appear on it, could feature in the Fortnite season 7 teaser.

It’s also rumoured that the major season 6 event which saw players transported to another dimension could play a part in Fortnite season 7.

This has come after portals started appearing in the Nintendo Switch version of Fortnite over the weekend.

Previously, the Switch version of Fortnite in season 3 showed the emergency broadcast that hinted towards the season 4 meteor strike early.

Could these portals, or maybe the butterfly from another dimension, feature in the Fortnite season 7 teaser?

Or could the iceberg, which has been spotted on the Battle Royale horizon, and the rumoured new castle location feature in the upcoming teaser?

It remains to be seen, but there are plenty of subtle season 7 hints that Epic Games may be about to drop that Fortnite fans would cotton on to.
