To send large files over the size limit, like videos, users can use Google Drive. If your file is greater than 25 MB, Gmail automatically adds a Google Drive link in the email instead of including it as an attachment. Your recipient can open it even if you remove it from Drive – but if you wish to send more than one attachment, they cannot add up to more than 25 MB.
How to send attachments via Google Gmail:
Visit the Gmail site on your computer.
Select Compose, then click Attach.
Choose the files you want to upload, then select Open.
You canals add photos by dragging and dropping them directly into the compose window.
Removing attachments on Gmail is equally easy.
Click Close to the right of the attachment name.
Attachments can also be with Confidential Mode, a new option that offers message expiration dates and makes it difficult for information to be forwarded on.
Click Compose and then Attach, and select the files you wish to upload.
In the bottom right of the window, click Turn On Confidential Mode.

If you have already turned on Confidential Mode for an email, go to the bottom of the email, then click Edit.
Set an expiration date and passcode – these settings impact both the message text and any attachments.
If you select No SMS passcode recipients using the Gmail app will be able to open it directly.
Recipients who do not use Gmail will receive an emailed passcode.
If you choose SMS passcode, recipients will get a passcode by text message. You must ensure you enter the recipient’s phone number, not your own.
