Motorola is back with another feature-packed smartphone called the Motorola One Action.
This device includes many extras you might only expect to find on flagship devices such as the Galaxy S10 with the One Action getting a pin-sharp 6.3-inch edge-to-edge CinemaVision Full HD+ display and fast octa-core processor.
However, it’s this new phone’s unique triple rear camera that could help it battle against its more expensive rivals.
Motorola is boasting that the One Action features an industry-first ultra-wide action camera that allows users to shoot video in landscape format while still holding the phone vertically.
The firm says this has been made possible through a unique combination of hardware and software innovation with all video shot in portrait then viewable in full screen when the device is held in landscape mode.
To boost the camera credentials further there’s Enhanced Video Stabilisation to keep your shots steady, Quad Pixel technology for better night shots and a 117-degree wide-angle lens which should help you capture more of your surroundings.
Motorola has also packed this phone with AI features such as shot optimisation, smart composition and auto smile capture which should help everyone shoot photos like a pro.
Away from the camera, you’ll find the device has 128 GB of expandable storage with the ability to boost this further via a microSD card.
You’ll also find a fast charging 3500 mAh battery, rear fingerprint scanner and in-built access to Google’s clever Smart Assistant.
Motorola also continues to partner with Google to deliver an improved software experience with owners getting monthly security updates for three years, an up-to-date OS, and a simple interface thanks to Android One.
The new Motorola One Action will be available starting today in Argos, John Lewis and Amazon with prices starting at £219.
