Sony is about to officially unveil the PlayStation Plus games for May 2020.

The next batch of PS Plus free PS4 games will be announced on April 29 at 4.30pm. The games will be available to download less than a week later on May 5.

However, if the latest reports are to be believed, the free PS Plus games may have leaked early.

According to an alleged leaked image, the May 2020 free PS4 games include Dark Souls Remastered and Dying Light.

If you sign up to PS Plus now, you’ll be able to download the May 2020 free games, as well as the current batch of PlayStation Plus releases.

This includes the excellent Uncharted 4, as well as highly-rated racing game Dirt Rally 2.0.

If you want to take advantage of the PS Plus free games, you should check out an unmissable deal available online.

Retailer ShopTo is currently selling a 12 month PS Plus subscription for just £39.85. That’s a saving of 20%.

At the time of writing, CD Keys is selling 3 month PlayStation Plus subscriptions for just £16.99.

After purchasing the subscription, CDKeys will send you a confirmation email with a download link.

After verifying your phone number, you will be sent a pin, which can then be used to access your code.

Once you have the code, just visit the PlayStation Store, select the redeem codes option and then enter your number.

It’s worth pointing out that this deal is currently only available to fans in the UK, although similar deals are available for customers in other regions.

If the rumours about the May 2020 PS Plus games are true, then it’s another good month to be a subscriber.

First up is Dying Light, which is an open-world action game with parkour gameplay and survival elements.

“Dying Light is a first-person, action survival game set in a vast open world,” reads the official description.

“Roam a city devastated by a mysterious epidemic, scavenging for supplies and crafting weapons to help defeat the hordes of flesh-hungry enemies the plague has created. At night, beware the Infected as they grow in strength and even more lethal nocturnal predators leave their nests to feed on their prey.”

Dark Souls Remastered, meanwhile, is a upscaled re-release of the original (and best) Dark Souls game.

“Then, there was fire. Re-experience the critically acclaimed, genre-defining game that started it all. Beautifully remastered, return to Lordran in stunning high-definition detail running at 60fps.

“Dark Souls Remastered includes the main game plus the Artorias of the Abyss DLC.”
