Virgin Media users still have the chance to grab a very good deal from the broadband and TV firm.

Right now there’s an offer which brings Virgin’s Full House Sports bundle to homes for £65 per month which is a saving of £7 off the usual £72 price.

This package includes access to over 240 channels including all Sky Sports channels and BT Sport in 4K Ultra HD.

There’s a V6 set-top box bundled when you sign up and customers also get VIVID 100 broadband with average speeds of 108Mbps and Talk Weekends.

Virgin says that this deal will come to a close on June 2 meaning there’s not long left until it ends.

If that Sports bundle doesn’t offer enough for your needs then Virgin now has its premium V.VIP service available to customers.

This ultimate bundle was announced back in April and includes extras such as Sky Sports HD, Sky Cinema HD and Kids Pick along with an extra V6 box and the firm’s fastest broadband.

In fact, those signing up to V.VIP can get speeds of over 500Mbps beamed into their homes which is one of the best in the country.

Virgin says that its new speed will let V.VIP customers download a 4K UHD film (average size 20GB) in under six minutes – compared to an hour on the UK’s average connection.

A popular PlayStation 4 game, for example Red Dead Redemption 2 (99GB download), can be downloaded in around 28 minutes compared to more than five hours on the UK’s average connection.

There’s clearly plenty to like about this V.VIP option but it does come with a hefty £99 per month price tag.

As well as the new V.VIP package, Virgin Media also recently introduce something called boost your bundle.

The concept behind this is simple with Virgin rewarding customers who add a mobile SIM package to their current bundle with a broadband speed boost.

By taking a mobile SIM – ranging from 2GB to unlimited data, texts and calls – average broadband speeds offered in boosted bundles increase from 50Mbps to 100Mbps, 100Mbps to 200Mbps and from 200Mbps to 350Mbps.

The firm says customers have the freedom to change their mobile data allowance each month.

It’s worth noting that if you don’t want to take out this option there are some decent discounts available right now from Virgin Mobile which include 4GB of data for £9 or 50GB for £20.

Those wanting a SIM from Virgin can also get 15GB for £13 with this deal coming to an end later this week.
